(Мы принимаем резюме только на английском языке!!!)★★★ Responsibilities: Office Management- Keep up-to-date information on relevant office equipment, procedures, and processes.- Keep in touch with accounting office regularly regarding contracts, invoices, 1C system- Respond to inquiries and assist any visitors to the office- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment as necessary- Generally, support the head of representative office and other colleagues as required Finance/Accounting Tasks - Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff- Provide weekly reports on expenditure of the representative office personnel- Maintain and update the demand planning and ordering system by direction of head of representative office or Sales Department, providing summary of monthly forecast and sales performance by distributors and resellers.- Check, seek authorization, and arrange for payment of all invoices. Process and file expense claims- Work with and seek advice from the external accounting firm on accounting and tax related filings- Report to and liaise with the head quarter in Korea\ Administrative Tasks - Assist with the management of the head of representative office’s diary, arranging meetings and ensuring regular duties are scheduled- Ensure the smooth running of the office including attending to visitors and making sure everything works- Organize staff meetings, type agendas, and take an action points/minutes- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as necessary- Translations, interpretation (Russian and English)- Organizational support of HQ manager- Support Logistics including taxi, hotel reservation, or visa registration for Head of office and HQ manager- Proactively monitor processes, identify tools, procedure and other measures that increase effectiveness and grow the organization- Recordkeeping – ensure that all policy and process documents are properly updated and maintained. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Accounting or Taxation 3 years or more experience in office management role. Experience with an international company or an accounting firm will be an added advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proof-reading skills
